FRED MORRISONThe master piper and musical hero of mine asked me to play with him in a few gigs during Celtic Connections 2006, where I had an amazing time backing him with the Bagad Kemper as well as some duo work. We first met each other at on the Scottish Folk Festival Tour of Germany in early 2002 and we had a few tunes and hit it off. While it's in no way a formal duo, we perform together where time and opportunity permits, such as the Piping Festival in Glasgow in Summer 2006 and recently a great weekend of crack in Ireland.
